Last weekend Bayern had a difficult time against Mainz 05 at home. At the break, Munich were sensationally 2-0 behind. It was clear that Hansi Flick’s team would have to show a reaction and it was huge. After goals from Joshua Kimmich, Leroy Sane, Niklas Süle and a brace from Robert Lewandowski, Bayern won 5-2.
There are probably no major changes in the team composition. Kingsley Coman may replace Serge Gnabry because the German international is handicapped by a bruise in his thigh. Otherwise only Tanguy Nianzou is missing at Bayern. Hansi Flick will probably only decide at short notice whether Joshua Kimmich will continue to act as a right-back or move back to the six.
