Sunday ACCA: our free tips

Benevento to win at Crotone @ 2.48

These two teams were both promoted from Serie B last season but only Benevento, who came up as champions, look like avoiding a swift return. They head into the weekend in 10th place in the table and are in decent form with three wins from their last five games, with their defeats coming against AC Milan and Atalanta. Crotone are three points adrift at the foot of the table after three straight losses and have by far the worst defensive record in the division, so Benevento look good value for a fifth away win of the campaign.

Sassuolo to beat Parma @ 1.64

Crotone may be bottom of Serie A but arguably it is Parma who are currently the whipping boys in the Italian top flight. They have managed only two wins all season, the last of which was in November, and they are on a wretched run of five successive defeats by an aggregate score of 14-1, with the only goal coming in a 2-1 loss at Crotone. Seventh-placed Sassuolo have already scored four goals in a game against bottom-half opposition on three occasions and should have no trouble cruising to victory here.

Atalanta to beat Genoa @ 1.23

The last of our Serie A predictions also looks a home banker with Atalanta having moved up a gear in recent weeks. They were unbeaten during all four games in December and have started the new year in even better form with three straight wins and 12 goals scored. Genoa are hovering just outside the relegation zone and have failed to beat any of the top-half teams, while they have also managed just one away win. Only Sampdoria have kept fewer clean sheets too which is a worry heading into a meeting with such a prolific attack.
